Purple-green foliage throughout the summer. Leaves turn brown, dark maroon, or bronze in the fall before dropping.

Tolerates drought.

The upper side of the leaf is light green and the underside is whitish. Leaves can turn a brillian red in autumn, but can also become yellow or orange on some individuals. Emerging new growth leaves, leaf stalks, twigs, flowers, fruit, and fall color are red or tinged with red.

Green with pink and cream color foliage. Turns golden bronze in fall. Tolerates deer.

Rich green leaves with diverging (almost parallel) veins. Leaves turn bright yellow in fall.

Turns purple in autumn, eventually becoming an intense bright scarlet. Tolerates clay soil and wet soil.
